We are thrilled to share that Leitrim County Council has granted PERMISSION for the development of a fantastic project – the renovation and expansion of an existing 4 bedroom, semi-detached dwelling house! This includes remodelling and replacing internal floors, partitions, staircase, and roof. Additionally, a back porch/storage area will be removed, and a rear single and double storey extension will be constructed. At attic level, there will be the provision of rear dormer windows and velux rooflights on the front section of the roof. A soakaway will also be provided on the site in Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim.
