Upgraded Bathroom: The existing bathroom received a complete refurbishment, featuring modern fixtures and an improved layout.
Structural Reinforcement: Replacement of the loft floor joists and ceilings was undertaken to ensure the space meets current safety standards and is structurally sound.
Detailed Building Regulation Compliance
This project included the creation of a detailed Building Regulation drawing set, encompassing sections and section details, detailed specifications, and structural calculations. Building Regulation Approval was obtained as per statutory government requirements to ensure the loft conversion was designed and constructed in compliance with Building Regulations and Associated Legislation. The detailed drawings covered essential aspects such as walls, floors, beams, headroom, insulation, fire safety, electrical systems, stair design, and soundproofing.
