Gihan and GB Atelier did a fantastic job and worked closely with us to firstly interpret our own designs but to also add their experience and input to help us realise what else was possible. With an art deco house we were concerned about losing some features which Gihan managed to retain and enhance so the extension complemented the existing house style.
Perhaps just as importantly, Gihan also looked after the planning application and brought in her own structural engineer which took away the stress and hassle from the process and as busy professionals this was greatly appreciated. She was also on hand when we needed additional drawings during construction and we now have a beautiful extension that has completely transformed how we use and enjoy our house.
On a personal level she was also great fun to work with bags of enthusiasm for the project which made a huge difference.
