We approached Gihan at a very early stage to discuss the possibilities of building our own home, from the outset we found Gihan (and still do by the way) a pleasure to work with. She was very professional in her detailing and design ideas, she maximised the full potential of our site with regards to natural light, use of space while also being mindful of the surroundings.
Gihan looked after all the pre-planning stages for us, as well as liaising with the planning officers and then assisted us throughout the construction phase. Gihan was much more than just an Architect for us on our project, she was a friend who we got to know personally and was always on the other end of the phone to offer advice and chat to if needs be.
We couldn’t recommend Gihan highly enough to anyone thinking of carrying out construction work. Although Gihan was based in the UK she made regular trips to Ireland to view progress and assist us with our build.
Excellent architect but more importantly, a lovely person.
