I have known Gihan for over 11 years and I have always found her to be honest, reliable, hard-working, conscientious and courteous and a delight to work with. Gihan trained and worked as an Architect in Libya and on joining the practice she worked alongside one of the Associate Directors to assist on a number of larger commercial projects.
Gihan became quickly proficient in using 3D modelling packages including SketchUp along with the Microstation 2D drawing package. Once the practice started to investigate the use of BIM within the business, Gihan’s experience gained whilst using Revit for University projects was very helpful. Gihan has also worked directly for myself and one of the other Partners completing feasibility studies and working on a major city centre office refurbishment project.
Gihan has very high standards and always looks at ways of improving projects and of doing things in an efficient manner. She is able to understand complex and challenging tasks and is keen to improve her technical knowledge, which led to her undertaking several training courses whilst working with us. Gihan was then very happy to share the knowledge gained with her colleagues in the office and beyond.
